[inform] “Usage Insights” automation hasn’t worked for the last ~2 months

The above “Usage Insights” tool in the Paragon documentation website intends to checkout and parse all dependent projects on a daily basis through an automated GitHub Action (source).

However, this GitHub Action has been failing for the last ~2 months due to:

Run npm ci > @openedx/paragon@20.18.1 prepare > husky install sh: 1: husky: not found npm ERR! code 127 npm ERR! path /home/runner/work/paragon/paragon npm ERR! command failed npm ERR! command sh -c husky install
