  • Won’t be immediately consumed; can tackle finalizing tokens-related documentation after merge/release before MFEs start consuming.

• What is the default branch for the repo?

  • master or next or 23

    • What README is shown by default when visiting GitHub repo?

    • DX: when finding NPM package and click GitHub repo URL, ideally the default branch would correspond to the published NPM version.

      • Otherwise, would need to denote a blurb in README to point to other branches.

        • Risks devs not seeing this, and assuming default branch is the published (which wouldn’t be the case if default branch is next).

    • Goal: we don’t want to release off master anymore; instead, we only want to release off specific named release branches.

      • release-23.x
