Proposal by @Poonam Singh and @Pankaj Bhatia for creating a centralized Slack channel for sharing global RFP opportunities among Open edX partners to foster collaboration rather than competition.
@Eden Huthmacher (Unlicensed) agreed to help set up and help in managing this Slack channel - RFP'S for Partners.
Compliance & Certification Collaboration
@Angie Ruíz suggested pursuing joint certifications (e.g., ISO) to meet compliance standards often required by government RFPs.
@Edward Zarecor proposed collaborating on creating documentation and operational playbooks for standardized compliance.
@Eden Huthmacher (Unlicensed) agreed to collaborate with the Documentation Working Group on best practices and guidelines documentation.

@Jaimin Pavashiya informed Open edX to be featured as an LMS on BigBlueButton and Blindside websites soon.
@Eden Huthmacher (Unlicensed) highlighted participation at the upcoming IBM's Future of Skills conference, emphasizing IBM and Intella's use of Open edX and AI.

Addressing Market Visibility Challenges
- Recent reports exclude Open edX; @Angie Ruíz to consolidate data to better position Open edX for inclusion in future LMS market reports.
- Strategy includes communicating effectively with influential, consolidated, verified user data.

@Vineet Manuja highlighted Distinguished Contributor Program to recognize sustained and impactful contributions.
Community input requested; potential formal launch at the upcoming Open edX conference.
