How can we make v2 and v3 of Paragon viewable for designers and engineers who might have to give advice and input when working through edx-platform and stuio-frontend?

• Figure out how to get v2 and 3 running on storybook on a Netlify site.

• @Jason Wesson Get clarity of the state of BD-39 and what is the status of getting the latest version into, from @Leangseu Kim (Deactivated)

• For a11y bugs or very small changes, we can backport, but it is a heavy and manual process

• What is the level of urgency? Next week or two.

• @Jason Wesson and @Adam Stankiewicz will rubberduck a solution to make v2 and v3 of Paragon viewable for designers outside of localhost
