Last session we got to consensus on what our top 3 priorities are:

1. Defining the Core Product

2. More Product work in the open

3. Improving product documentation

Let’s do a follow up workshop. The goals are:

1. Come to consensus on what the end-goal deliverables are for each of our focus areas

2. Define concrete steps to reach them

3. Prioritize and land on a starter project (and owners) for each key area
