Status / Blockers

• Tracking Status + Visibility - proposal is to make more use of T&L Discussions Kanban board moving forward

• Goal - ensure that we are capturing goals / plans for each sprint / 2 week period so we can track progress against milestones.

• @Awais Jibran (Deactivated) to drive proposed changes to ceremonies for this project

  • daily standups have been helpful here

  • potential to align on timing for sprints, meeting + time zone coordination, etc

  • having Jira tickets and sub-tasks for work in progress

  • bias toward async communication where possible

  • meeting notes help keep decisions tracked and visible (resume this practice!)
