(Indirect - BizDev WG: Product Market Alignment)

• We discussed the bizdev working group’s focus on wanting to support ‘Product Market Alignment’ goals and how they overlap with the product proposal review process, and the product working group in general.

• A few suggestions noted below:

  • Designate 1 wg-product-core meeting a month to have a BizDev WG cross-over to review product proposals together, or any other shared agenda items.

  • The action item for combining the templates for product proposals stems from something we think will help more people contribute proposals or even their ideas / market observations. (previously template 1 + 2)

  • We discussed the use of tags to note when a proposal could use BizDev input / customer data to help highlight these ideas / proposals.
