@Adolfo Brandes will get a conversation started around the CLA issue

@Muhammad Abdullah Waheed Khan and his team will create issues in each repository (MFE or otherwise) for legacy code removal issues

Once the legacy code removal issues are created, @Adolfo Brandes will try to get the right people to look at them

After a piece of code undergoes the proper deprecation process, we should strive to actually remote it! Otherwise, we’re saddled with a rotting mass of tech debt that no-one cares to maintain, but must be dealt with.
