Ubuntu Deprecation/Upgrade

• Should we do a 6-month DEPR for Ubuntu? When should it start?

  • Unless we find reasons why the code needs to change, just switch to using the latest image instead of having a 6-month DEPR where we’re testing with multiple versions of Ubuntu.

• Do we want to auto-generate PRs for the things we know about?

  • Yes, but the things we know about are small and there will be other items that need manual intervention so maybe just do the small changes along with the manual intervention?
